Olivier Duhamel生于法国，1987年来到新西兰. 现在在怀赫科岛上和他的妻子Marie-France 还有3个孩子一起生活。

他是Chrysèle Legardinier (铜蚀刻板家) 和David Reid (雕塑家) 的学生。并且从2004年开始，加入了凯瑟琳米切尔绘图组。

所有小件的全身青铜雕像都是他在自己的铸造室精心雕刻而成，手法细腻，作品精致而平滑。
他的作品都是以女性的裸身雕像为主。

他的作品都在新西兰，澳洲，法国的艺术馆均有展售。

A New Zealander since 1987, French born Olivier Duhamel lives on Waiheke Island with his wife Marie-France and their 3 children.

Olivier Duhamel has been a student of Chrysèle Legardinier (etching on copper plates) and of David Reid (sculptor, founder and alchemist). He has been a member of the Catherine Mitchell Life Drawing group since 2004.

He makes small figurative bronze sculptures which he cast himself in his home foundry.
His principal inspiration is the female nude.

His bronze works are sold in galleries across New Zealand and also in Sydney, Melbourne and Paris.
